Unconditional Presence

Unconditional Presence

In our culture we’re constantly being bombarded by messages of not having or being enough which can subconsciously internalise. So after X number of rejections we berate ourselves for not being enough. Or when we do finally achieve or acquire the things we crave, they’re just replaced with the next thing we don’t have enough of: money, love, time, space.

Learning to truly be with our experience as it is, means allowing it to be without trying to change it, fix it or make it “better”. You are enough as you are and this moment is enough as it is. Understanding this allows us open to the natural change, growth and transformation that comes from such unconditional acceptance.
